Will not go there again . Love food service is terrible. IMY daughter and I went to enjoy a meal we were seated 18 minutes and no one came to take our drink order or anything. The replace was not at all crowded. Felt disrespected. Will not go back

Me and my wife are there last night , we both up all night vomiting and diarrhea. Anyone else get sick ?

Two previous carry-out orders either incomplete or wrong. July 3 visit was correct and food good. Hana did a great job to ensure order was right. We drive 30 mi. To go there. Generally Chili’s is great. I called Hana after we got home to tell her great job.

Love the service! Waiters and waitresses are super professional and nice. Food is delicious and always hot. Very clean restaurant. I only wish they would wipe down the high chairs every night before close. They are filthy. But other than that love this restaurant.

Poor food quality and came to table burnt plus a long wait, a real disappointment on this visit. Also asked for American cheese got cheddar asked if they could remake and they didn't take the time or care enough to so i had American cheese placed on top of the cheddar and sent to my table. $25 for 2 burgers wasn't anyway worth it

Everything was very good. The food, the service. Prompt and friendly. Fresh and tasty. Fun b-day dinner with our little girl. We love playing the table games together.

We sat there over an hour and a half while everyone else around us that came in after us got their food. Manager said that they had a malfunction in the kitchen but obviously was dishonest as ppl around us ordered the same thing and had their food.

Checked in online, our table was ready when we arrived. It was a busy Friday night around 7pm. Our sever did a good job keeping drinks filled and checking on us. The food arrived in decent amount of time considering how busy it was. The food was good, normal Chili's cuisine, nothing special. It did take longer than I thought for desert, but when it arrived it was good.

Relatively and consistently fast service. The Fresh Mex bowl is always pretty decent. And sandwiches are good. It's a Chili's, so you get a Chili's experience.

Food was good although service was slow even though restaurant was not crowded and had plenty of servers.Waited 15 minutes for a drink refill . Ended up going over to a group of workers whose response was oh ok then went on with their meeting. Expect more from a dine in restaurant.

Our family did curbside pickup this evening, after ordering online. The young woman who took care of us was spectacular! She was so friendly and helpful! Our food was hot, fresh, and spot-on! We are very happy with the overall service and food!

Poorly maintained, and cleaned. The cups were dirty, the silverware was dirty, the floors and walls were dirty. The staff was not super knowledgeable when asked questions about the menu.

Unfortunately we had another experience of getting room temperature food. Christy's second plate was cold too. The manager made her food the third time and it was finally hot. Going to quit going on Friday and Saturday night because it seems they just can't keep up with the crowd. Our server did a very good job.

Clean and very good. Our group had potato salad, chicken salad, beer cheese with celery sticks, vegetable beef soup and the chocolate delight for dessert, which was all very good. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

The waiter is the best Waiter I came across. And you should definitely visit. This is the waiter you want I know it is a bad picture quality but the waiter is great.

We will never eat there again. The 3 meals we ordered was cold. All 3 plates were hot but the food was not. We had a great waitress so noticed we were not eating our food so she ask if anything was wrong and we told her all the food was cold. She was a sweetheart and got us hot food. She was a great waitress but the food is not worth going back for.

I wish this location had better service and better management. We waited for 15 minutes for someone to seat us. No one ever came so we left. I really love the menu but not worth all the issues.

The Bardstown Location is awesome! Not only are all the Bartenders the best in town! The food is great, and if it isn't... They have NO PROBLEM replacing it! I frequent here often and I will continue to do so!
